CAD
All of our plans are drawn using either DataCAD or AutoCAD, depending on the builder's / client's preferences or needs. This enables us to provide easy-to-read plans that are accurate and concise. It also allows us to modify our existing plans easily to reflect any changes or revisions you may need.
Code Information
Code Information
Our plans are designed to meet the current International Residential Code for One & Two Family Dwellings. Many states, counties and/or cities amend the codes for their areas. Consult your local building inspection department before purchase or construction begins to determine the requirements for your area.

Elevation Plans
Elevation Plans
The elevation plans are drawn at ¼” scale and show how the exterior of the house will look when built. Building materials are labeled; the ceiling heights are indicated for each floor; and the roof pitch is noted. Additional notes may be added to clarify building techniques and site conditions.

Floor Framing Plans
Floor Framing Plans
The framing plans, or floor plans, are drawn at ¼” scale and include information such dimensions for framing, door and window sizes, and any special type of ceiling construction. Most 2 story house plans will include a third floor plan which shows the design of a walk-up attic that may be finished during construction or at a later time.
